Fase A is momenteel in uitvoering en Fase B start in 2026. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mheen-hoevelaken.nl\/\">Bouwbedrijf Van der Mheen<\/a> realiseert hier in samenwerking met <a href=\"https:\/\/www.schippersarchitecten.nl\/\">Schippers Architechten (BNA) B.V.<\/a> en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.roordinkarchitecten.nl\/\">Roordink Architecten<\/a> een prachtige woonwijk. In totaal worden hier 250 woningen en circa 75 appartementen gebouwd. Het project bestaande uit een Appartementengebouw met 22 appartementen en diverse woningen is ontworpen door <a href=\"https:\/\/www.schippersarchitecten.nl\/\">Schippers Architecten (BNA) B.V.<\/a> in een eigentijdse architectuur. Het kleinschalige appartementencomplex met 24 appartementen en 2 penthouses is een ontwerp van<a class=\" link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.schippers-bna.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span>\u00a0<\/span>Schippers Architecten BNA<\/a>. Bouwadvies Van der Breggen verzorgde het constructieadvies voor dit gebouw.<\/p>\n<p>Constructieve uitdagingen van dit ontwerp waren de grote dakterrassen van de penthouses en de schuin uitkragende balkons van de appartementen. De constructie hiervan hebben we op kunnen lossen in de vloerwapening. Met de architect en de bouwer,<span>\u00a0<\/span><a class=\" link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bouwbedrijfboogert.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bouwbedrijf Boogert B.V.<\/a><span>\u00a0<\/span>zijn er gezamenlijk oplossingen bedacht voor het realiseren van het terugliggende metselwerk in de gevelvlakken. Als Bouwadvies Van der Breggen hebben wij met veel enthousiasme de constructieberekeningen en tekeningen voor dit project gemaakt.
